So easy it became a habit without me realizing it!! I am someone who lives in a constants state of pursuing my health goals but after trying advocare cleanses, keto diets, and the latest health fad of the moment I wasn’t seeing much results despite a lot of hard work at the gym. I was skeptical I’d see a change with Megan’s meal plans as I already had a very healthy diet but surprisingly I finally lost the weight that wouldn’t budge and kept it off.
