PERSONAL TRAINING

FITNESS 1

    • One on One Training
    • I offer 30 and 60 minute packages
    • 60 min packages start at $75 an hour for a single session
    • 2x a week is $60 per session
    • 3x a week is $50 per session
    • 4-5x a week is $40 a session
    • 30 min packages are $45 for a single week session
    • 2x a week is $35 per session
    • 3x a week is $30 per session
    • 4-5x a week is $25 per session

Packages are sold either by 8, 12 or 20 pack for 60 minutes, 10, 15, and 20 packs for 30 min sessions as well as weekly!

 

FITNESS 2

  • Small group training 2-4 people
  • Packages are offered in 60 min sessions
  • 1x a week is $125 per group
  • 2-3x a week is $100

 

FITNESS 3

  • Online coaching
  • I offer personalized online programs that will be sent weekly to you!
  • These programs are designed like my in-person clients, based on progression to your goals!
  • $75 a month

 

 

NUTRITION COACHING

MONTHLY MEAL PLANS

I can help you look at your eating patterns and what your nutrition and fitness goals are to help you find the way of eating to best suits your lifestyle, This will provide more of an outline and does not include weekly meal plans.

MENTAL SKILLS COACHING

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

This is catered towards anyone with a performance goal or block. I work mainly with athletes, business people, and performers in order to learn the mental skills and tools that will help them perform their best!
One on One sessions start at $85 per session

 

TEAM COACHING

I also work with teams, providing team building exercises, motivation coaching, communication within teams etc.
Team fees are based off of need and budget
